Abstract:
Tema diplomske naloge je vzdrževanje odvijalno-ravnalne kombinacije (ORK). ORK je oprema avtomatske stiskalnice, ki skrbi za ustrezno dodajanje pločevine in s tem bistveno prispeva h kakovosti lamel za izdelavo elektromotorjev. Diplomska naloga inovira sistem vzdrževanja strojev in naprav z vpeljavo informacijske podpore SAP R3. Prikazuje način obveščanja o okvarah, vrste nalogov in poročila o vzdrževanju.

INOVATION OF MAINTENANCE PROCESS WITH COMPUTER AIDED PROGRAM SAP
Abstract:
Theme of diploma work is maintenance of device for unrolling and straightening of steel strips (ORK). ORK is equipment of automatic presses, which takes care of appropriate adding of steel strip and thereby significantly contribute to the quality of laminations for the manufacture of electric motors. Diploma work optimizes the system of maintenance of machinery and equipment with the introduction of computer aided program SAP R3. Showing the way of information on defects, types of orders and reports of the maintenance.
