Abstract:
V nalogi je z uporabo metod sistemske dinamike razvit model za podporo odločanju pri planiranju IT infrastrukture s posebnim poudarkom na okolja z elektronskim poslovanjem. Raziskane so vzročno posledične povezave med investicijami v IT in doseganjem dobička. Model je razdeljen na tri podsisteme. Sestavljeni model je pokazal vpliv investicij v infrastrukturo na povečanje dobička preko povečane starteške prožnosti, boljše kvalitete in razpoložljivosti infrastrukturnih servisov, učinkovitosti poslovnih procesov ter dejstvo, da povečevanje števila e-poslovnih modelov vpliva na pobude za investiranje. S stališča razvitega modela so najmanj raziskane funkcije medsebojnih vplivov spremenljivk in izkazalo se je, da bi njihovo boljše poznavanje, bistveno pripomoglo k izboljšanju kvalitete modela, kar je eno od priporočil naloge.

DEVELOPEMENT OF DECISION SUPPORT MODEL FOR E-BUSINESS INFRASTRUCTURE PLANNING
Abstract:
This master thesis presents a develepement of decision support model for investments in IT infrastructure with special attention on environments with e-business. Using the system dynamics methods the research was made on causal relationship of investments in IT infrastructure and profit. In the first step, the simulation model is divided into three sub models. Later on, the joined model represents indirect influences of infrastructure investments on profit through increased strategic flexibility of the company, increased quality and availability of infrastructure services, increased effectiveness of business processes, and the fact that the increment of e-business models increases the investments in IT infrastructure. The present research paper also shows a great lack of knowledge in relationships between system variables, which is presented as a recommendation for future research.
