Abstract:
V nalogi je obravnavana problematika načrtovanja in potrjevanja izvedbenih, končnih rokov izdelkov za dobave kupcem. Obdelana je problematika na tem področju in vpeljava dodatne ravni izdelka, ki nam omogoča bolj natančno načrtovanje končnih rokov. Do sedaj so bili izdelovalni časi sicer dobro ocenjeni, vendar zaradi specifičnosti proizvodnje ne dovolj dobro. Končni rezultat nam tudi pove, da je bila smer razmišljanja prava, vendar so poleg spremembe sistema načrtovanja potrebne še dodatne tehnične rešitve kot so konstrukcija orodij za hitro menjavo le teh, kakor tudi standardizacija orodij oz. grupiranje izdelkov glede na zunanje dimenzije. Predstavljene so tudi različne metode pri vodenju proizvodnje.

PRODUCTION PLANNING AND MANAGEMENT SYSTEM IN KOLEKTOR COMPANY
Abstract:
The thesis discusses problems regarding planning and confirmation of deadlines for completion of products for supply to the customers. Furthermore, introduction of additional product level that enables more exact planning of deadlines is presented. Until now, production times have been estimated quite well, but not well enough due to the specificity of production. The final result shows that the direction of our focus was correct; however, besides the change of planning system, additional technical solutions, such as quick exchange tool construction as well as tool standardization or product grouping according to the outside dimensions, are required. Various methods of production management are presented as well.
