Abstract:
V diplomskem delu obravnavamo postopek modeliranja memristorja. Definiramo memristor in odkritje memristorja. OpiÅ¡emo sintezo memristorja s pomoÄjo M-R mutatorja, ki je osnova za postavitev modela. OsredotoÄimo se na model memristorja z odsekovno linearno karakteristiko na osnovi katerega preverimo ustreznost modela s pomoÄjo simulatorja SPICE. Veljavnost modela dodatno preverimo na primeru dveh vezij, ki vsebujejo memristor. V prvem primeru izvedemo simulacijo delovanja amorfnega pragovnega stikala, v drugem pa simulacijo delovanja elektrolitske celice.

Title:
MEMRISTOR MODELLING
Abstract:
I this diploma work, we are presenting a procedure of memristor modelling. We define a memristor, and discovery of the memristor. We describe the synthesis of a memristor with M-R mutator, which presents the basis for a model. Our focus is on memristor model with piecewise – linear characteristic, which behavior we are verifying with SPICE simulator. Additionally we check the validity of a model on two memristor based circuits. In first case, we are simulating a behavior of Amorphous Threshold Switch. In second one, we are simulating a behavior of E-cell.
