Abstract:
Diplomsko delo je sestavljeno iz dveh delov. V medicinskem delu je opisana zgradba pankreasa, kronični pankreatitis ter njegova klinična slika, diagnoza, zdravljenje in prognoza. Drugi del diplomske naloge predstavlja zdravstveno nego bolnikov s kroničnim pankreatitisom, najpogostejše negovalne diagnoze pri kroničnem pankreatitisu. Opisana je vloga medicinske sestre pri obravnavi bolnika s kroničnem pankreatitisom pred in po operaciji in pravilna prehrana oziroma dieta bolnikov s kroničnim pankreatitisom.

Nursing care of patients with chronic pancreatitis
Abstract:
The diploma consists of two parts. Medical part describes the structure of the pancreas, chronic pancreatitis and its clinical picture, diagnosis, treatment and forecast.The second part of diploma presents the healt care of patients with chronic pancreatitis, most frequent nursing diagnosis for chronic pancreatitis. We are going to describe the role of nurses in the threatment of patients with chronic pancreatitis before and after surgery and proper nutrition and diet in patients with chronic pancreatitis.
