Abstract:
Diplomsko delo zajema čiščenje prahu iz elektro obločne in ponovčne peči z aksialnim ciklonom, njegovo učinkovitost, opis in umestitev v celotni sistem zajemanja prahu v jeklarni podjetja ŠTORE STEEL d.o.o.. Uvod zajema opis tehnološkega procesa izdelave jekla in umestitev elektro obločne in ponovčne peči v ta proces. Opredelitev oziroma opis problema, ki zajema predmet raziskovanja, je izdelava jekla in s tem nastajanje nezaželenih produktov kot je prah. Predmet raziskovanja se navezuje na učinkovitost čiščenja z aksialnim ciklonom. Cilj diplomskega dela je pomembnost primarnega sistema čiščenja prahu z aksialnim ciklonom ter njegova umestitev v celoten sistem zajemanja in čiščenja prahu. Prav tako je cilj tudi razložitev in primerjava tega sistema z ostalimi sistemi zajemanja prahu. Najpomembnejša zadeva pa je zajetje in analiza izločenih prašnih delcev iz aksialnega ciklona. Predpostavke in omejitve raziskave se nanašajo na izračun učinkovitosti aksialnega ciklona s pomočjo inženirskega postopka. Izračun je omejen in se nanaša zgolj na trdne delce. Ciklon se analizira kot samostojna enota. Povedati je treba, da posedanje delcev v dimovodu ni mogoče zajeti. Predvidene metode raziskovanja so bile analiza velikosti prašnih delcev, opis vzorca, meritve s slikovnimi prilogami ter izračun aksialnega ciklona na integralnem nivoju. Nato sledi še sklep, viri, literatura ter lasten življenjepis.

DUST SEPARATION FORM ARC AND PAN OVEN FURNACE
Abstract:
Diploma covers the dust cleaning from the electric arc furnace and pan furnace of axial cyclones and its effectiveness, and also its description and placement in the overall system of capturing dust in the steelwork of company ŠTORE STEEL d.o.o.. Introduction includes a description of the technological process of steel production and the placement of electric arc and pan furnace in this process. Definition and description of the problem, which covers the subject of research, is the steel production and the formation of undesirable products, such as dust. Subject of research is related to the effectiveness of cleaning with axial cyclone. The objectives of this diploma is the importance of the primary system of cleaning with axial cyclone and placement of axial cyclone in the entire system of capturing and cleaning dust. The explain and the compare of this system with other systems of capturing dust. In addition, the target was capturing separated dust particles from axial cyclone and analyze them. Assumptions and limits of the research are based on the calculation of the efficiency of axial cyclone with the help of the engineering process. The calculation is limited and applies only to solid particles. Cyclone is analyzed as a separate unit. It must be noted that subsided particles can not be covered. Anticipated research methods were the analysis of dust particles, a dust sample description and the measurement of image attachments, and the calculations of the axial cyclone on the integral level. Afterwards there is conclusion, sources and literature and my autobiography.
