Abstract:	Danes se v ospredje postavljata na eni strani konkurenca v poslovnem svetu ter na drugi strani družina in njena vloga v današnji vse bolj spreminjajoči se družbi. Močno je prisotna potreba po vedno večjem zaposlovanju žensk in seveda s tem tudi mater. Zato se le-te rade odločajo za poklic in s tem neodvisnost, tako pa se tudi oddaljujejo od svoje prvotne vloge matere in gospodinje. Prihaja do neizbežnega problema, kako uskladiti prvotno vlogo z novo. Skozi diplomsko nalogo bom poizkušala poiskati rešitve in predloge, ki bi prispevali k boljši uskladitvi materinstva in kariere.

Title:	MOTHERHOOD AND CAREER
Abstract:	In todays changing world, mothers have been faced with two main oppositions, on one side the challenges in the bussiness sector and on the other, here role in the family. The need and requirement of women, and thus also mothers in the workforce is becomming ever greater. It is for this reason that the majority decide for a profession and the obligations involved, and thus distance themselves from their initial role as mother and houswife. Thus the great challenge of how to combine both roles has evolved. In my diploma thesis I will take on the challenge, of finding solutions and sugestions on how to better combine the obligations of motherhood and carrer.
