Title:POJAVLJANJE MOBBINGA MED ZAPOSLENIMI V ZDRAVSTVENI NEGI NA ONKOLOŠKEM INŠTITUTU

Abstract:Mobbing je velik problem družbe, organizacije, kjer se pojavi in posameznikov, ki jih prizadene. Ima obsežne posledice, ki jih je težko omejiti, zato je glavnino dela v boju proti mobbingu potrebno opraviti v preprečevanju pojavljanja. Rezultati raziskave kažejo, da se z žrtvijo v zdravstveni negi na Onkološkem inštitutu identificira 37,0 % anketirancev. Največkrat so žrtve tisti, ki so na Onkološkem inštitutu zaposleni manj kot eno leto, ženske, srednješolsko izobraženi in zaposleni za nedoločen čas. Vse žrtve mobbinga na Onkološkem inštitutu doživljajo negativne posledice na psihičnem počutju, v veliki meri pa vpliva tudi na kvaliteto dela. V posameznih primerih anketiranci poročajo o nižji kvaliteti dela zaradi konfliktov in tudi o ogroženosti bolnikove varnosti in življenja. V ustrezen odziv na mobbing neposrednega vodje zaupa 53,4 % anketirancev, v ustrezen odziv vodstva pa 16,4 % anketirancev.

Title:MOBBING EXPERIENCE EMPLOYEES IN THE NURSING CARE AT THE INSTITUTE OF ONCOLOGY
Abstract:Mobbing is a serious problem for community, organizations where it occurs and individuals who are affected. It has comprehensive implications, which are difficult to limit, that is why a majority of the work in the fight against mobbing is based to prevent the occurence. The survey results show that with the victim in nursing care at the Institute of Oncology identifies 37,0 % of respondents. Victims are most often workers on Institute of Oncology who are empoyed less than one year, womens, high school educated and employed for an indefinite period of time. All victims of mobbing at the Institute of Oncology experience a negative impact on the mental comfort, and in many cases it also affects the quality of work. In some cases, respondents reported a lower quality of work because of conflicts and the risk of patient safety and life. In appropriate response of head in the case of mobbing is confident 53,4 % respondents, in right management response believes only 16,4 % of respondents.
