Title:PRIMERJAVA METOD MERJENJA SREDNJEGA PREMERA NAVOJA IN ANALIZA VPLIVOV NA MERILNI REZULTAT

Abstract:Kalibracija srednjega premera navojnih obročev je v zadnjih letih zelo napredovala zaradi izboljšav na področju opreme za kalibracijo navojnih veličin. Klasični postopki za kalibracijo srednjega premera navojnega obroča, ki se izvaja z metodo dveh kroglic, so znani že iz 19. stoletja in se opravljajo na univerzalnih dolžinskih merilnih strojih ter v zadnjih dveh desetletjih tudi na koordinatnih merilnih strojih. Modernejše metode pa uporabljajo skeniranje profila in matematične obdelave geometrije le-tega. Te metode se opravljajo tako na optičnih kot tudi na mehanskih skenerjih. Predstavljena je primerjava med tremi metodami kalibracije srednjega premera navojnega obroča, in sicer dve klasični metodi (na enoosnem merilnem stroju ULM in na koordinatnem merilnem stroju) ter modernejša metoda na Master Scanerju. S primerjavo metod, podrobno analizo vplivov na merilno negotovost in velikim številom izvedenih meritev smo želeli izboljšati negotovost kalibracije srednjega premera navojnega obroča pri klasičnih kalibracijah, vendar smo ugotovili, da je trenutno določena merilna negotovost preozka in bi bilo treba v obeh laboratorijih, kjer so se meritve izvajale, revidirati merilno negotovost glede na dobljene rezultate. Meritve srednjega premera navojnega obroča, ki so tema te naloge, so bile vključene tudi v mednarodno interkomparacijo LABCOM 2008, katere predmet je bil isti navoj, kot je bil uporabljen pri tej nalogi.

Title:COMPARISING MEASURING METHODS OF PITCH DIAMETER OF THREAD GAUGES AND ANALYSIS OF INFLUENCES ON THE MEASUREMENT RESULTS
Abstract:The calibration of the pitch diameter of thread rings has been significantly improved during the last years due to improvements in the field of calibration equipment used for calibration of threads. The classical methods and procedures for calibration of a pitch diameter of a thread ring, such as the two balls method, are well known since the 19th century and are executed by means of universal measuring machines, and in the last two decades even by means of coordinate measuring machines. More modern methods deal with scanning of the profile and the mathematical processing of the received data. These methods are executed on optical as well as on mechanical scanning machines. In the dissertation, the differences between three calibration methods of the thread ring pitch diameter are being presented. Two of these methods are classical methods (executed on a one-axial measuring machine ULM and on a coordinate measuring machine); the third method is a modern one, executed on a Master Scanner. We have tried to improve the measurement uncertainty of calibration of the thread ring pitch diameter for classical calibrations by comparing the methods, analyzing the influences on the measuring uncertainty and numerous measurements, but we have noticed that the momentary set measurement uncertainty is too narrow so that it would be necessary to revise the measurement uncertainty according to obtained results in both laboratories, in which the measurements were executed.
