Abstract:
Diplomska naloga je razdeljena na teoretični in praktični del. V teoretičnem delu so na kratko predstavljene značilnosti dokumentacijsko informacijskih sistemov. Opisana sta dokumentacijsko informacijska sistema, in sicer sistem, ki ga uporablja farmacevtsko podjetje Krka d.d., Novo mesto in sistem, ki se uporablja v izobraževalnih ustanovah z imenom Lo.Polis. Sistem Lo.Polis vsebuje več modulov, vendar je v diplomski nalogi opisan le modul Pošta, saj le ta ustreza evidentiranju dokumentarnega gradiva v elektronski obliki. Na koncu je prikazana primerjava raznih funkcij in storitev med obema sistemoma. Praktični del naloge vsebuje dejanski primer dokumentacijsko informacijskega sistema, izdelanega s programom Microsoft Office Access 2003, kateri je dovolj napreden za izdelavo preprostega primera, ki potrebujejo za svoje delovanje manjšo relacijsko podatkovno bazo.

Title:
Documentation information system and its use in school system
Abstract:
This graduation thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part briefly discusses the characteristics of documentation information systems. Two such systems have been described: the system used by the pharmaceutical company Krka d. d., Novo mesto and the system used by educational institutions called Lo.Polis. The Lo.Polis system includes several modules, but within the scope of this thesis only the module Post Office, which offers document management and tracking in electronic form, is presented. The final part of the thesis includes a comparison between the systems. The practical part embodies an example of an actual documentation information system created with the program Microsoft Access 2003 which is sufficiently advanced to create a simple example that requires a small relation database for its operation.
