Title:VZGOJA ZA TRAJNOSTNI RAZVOJ V VRTCU TEZNO MARIBOR

Abstract:Vzgoja za trajnostni razvoj se v današnjem modernem svetu pojavlja na vseh področjih življenja. Če želimo ohraniti naš planet tudi za prihodnje generacije, bomo morali korenito spremeniti način svojega življenja. Gospodarstvo mora postati okolju in človeku bolj prijazno, zavedati sem moramo pomena okolja in skrbeti za njegovo ohranjanje, skrbeti moramo tudi za medsebojne odnose. Začeti moramo živeti bolj premišljeno in v majhnih danosti, ki nam jih ponuja narava, znova najti svoj srečo. In prav predšolski otroci so tisti, ki jih bomo najlažje naučili novega, trajnostnega načina življenja, saj so po svoji naravni danosti najbolj dojemljivi za spremembe. Oni so tudi tisti, ki bodo v prihodnosti skrbeli za naš planet. Zato je potrebno vključiti vzgojo za trajnostni razvoj v vsakodnevno življenje v vrtcih in tudi v nadaljnje šolanje in izobraževanje. V teoretičnem delu diplomske naloge so predstavljena teoretična izhodišča o vzgoji za trajnostni razvoj na splošno ter o pomenu njenega vključevanja v predšolske institucije. Predstavljena sta tudi dva programa, v katera je vključen Vrtec Tezno, ki zadovoljujeta cilje vzgoje za trajnostni razvoj. Podrobneje pa so opisane tudi nekatere aktivnosti strokovnih delavk Vrtca Tezno, ki so jih izvedle skupaj z otroki v svojih oddelkih in vključujejo vzgojo za trajnostni razvoj. V empiričnem delu pa so predstavljeni rezultati raziskave, ki je bila izvedena med strokovnimi delavkami Vrtca Tezno, o njihovem razumevanju in vključevanju vzgoje za trajnostni razvoj v vzgojno delo v vrtcu.

Title:THE UPBRINGING FOR CONSTANT DEVELOPMENT AT THE KINDERGARTEN TEZNO MARIBOR
Abstract:The upbringing for constant development has appeared in all areas of our life in the today's modern world. If we want to preserve our planet for future generations, we will have to change the way of our life in details. The economy has to become nicer to the environment and to humanity. We have to be aware of the meaning of the environment and take care about its preservation. We also have to take care about our relationships. We have to start thinking more thoughtfully and in small gifts that the nature offers. We have to find our happiness again. The pre-school children are the ones that can be taught the new, constant way of life in the easiest way because they are the most comprehensive for changes according to their natural gift. They are the ones who will take care about our planet in the future. Therefore, we have to include the upbringing for constant development in the everyday life in kindergartens and in the further schooling and education. The theoretical origin of the upbringing for constant development and the importance of its inclusion in pre-school institutions have been presented in the theoretical part of the diploma thesis. Two programmes have been presented, where The Kindergarten Tezno has been included in, which satisfy the goals for constant development. There are some activities of the expert workers of The Kindergarten Tezno presented, that they have performed together with the children in their departments and that include the upbringing for constant development. The results of the research have been presented in the empirical part, which has been done among the expert workers of The Kindergarten Tezno about their understanding and including of the upbringing for constant development in the pedagogical work in kindergartens.
