Abstract:Ljudje so temeljni pogoj za obstoj in delovanje vsake organizacije. S svojim delovanjem omogočajo uresničevaje namena delovanja podjetja, njegovo poslovanje in doseganje uspešnosti. Uspešna podjetja so vedno korak pred konkurenco, so drugačna od nje. Drugačnost pa zagotavljajo ljudje. Vedenje posameznika je odvisno od številnih dejavnikov, vrednot, ki jih ima posameznik, in njegovih stališč. Vsi zaposleni v podjetju in hkrati vsak posebej ustvarjajo v podjetju organizacijsko klimo. Pojem organizacijske klime, njene dimenzije in vpliv na organizacijo so v diplomskem delu predstavljeni v teoretičnem delu. Ker že nekaj časa opažamo v podjetju Ydria Motors d.o.o. nihanja v razpoloženju zaposlenih, njihovo nejevoljo in nemotiviranost do dela, je naš cilj ugotoviti, kakšna organizacijska klima prevladuje v podjetju. Ugotoviti želimo dejansko stopnjo zadovoljstva zaposlenih v podjetju in opredeliti tiste dejavnike, ki ustvarjajo negativno klimo. V raziskovalnem delu je predstavljeno podjetje Ydria Motors d.o.o. Ta del temelji na predstavitvi rezultatov ankete, s katero smo pridobili mnenja oz. prepričanja zaposlenih o njihovem delu, delovnem okolju in pogojih dela ter sami organizaciji. S pomočjo analize rezultatov so podani predlogi vodilnemu osebju pri sprejemanju odločitev, katere izboljšave uvesti za dvig organizacijske klime in izboljšanju počutja zaposlenih.

Title:ORGANIZATIONAL CLIMATE OF THE COMPANY YDRIA MOTORS D. O. O.
Abstract:People are basic condition for existence and operation of each organization. With its operation allow the realization of the purpose of the operation, , its businesses and to achive performance. Successful companies are always one step ahead of their competition, they are always different. People provide differences. Behavior of individuals depend on many factors, values held by the individual and their point of view. All employees in the company and the same time each of them separately create organizational climate in the company. Meaning, concept of climate, its dimension and impact on the organization are presented in the theoretical part of diploma. Because for some time seen in the company Ydria Motors d.o.o. in fluctuations on the mood of employees, their glumness, lack of motivation for work, is our aim to found out wich organizational climate dominates in mentioned company. We want to determine actual rate of satisfaction of employees and to define factors wich create bad climate. In the research work is presented company Ydria Motors d.o.o.. This part is written based on results of opinion poll (investigate), with wich we got opinion, conviction of employees of their work, working environment, working conditions and of the all organization. With help of these results are given proposals for heads; leaders of the company, proposals at making decision wich improvement introduce for raise of organizational climate and to improve the welfare of employees.
