Title:Vpliv stopnje odprtja ekspanzijskega ventila na delovanje parno-kompresijskega sistema s toplotno črpalko : diplomsko delo

Abstract:V diplomskem delu je bil preučen vpliv različnih stopenj odprtja ekspanzijskega ventila na delovanje parno-kompresijskega sistema v sušilnem aparatu s toplotno črpalko. Rezultate smo tudi primerjali z obstoječim sistemom, ki uporablja kapilarno cev kot dušilni element. Rezultati so pokazali, da stopnja odprtja ekspanzijskega ventila pomembno vpliva na tlačno razmerje ter temperature hladilnega sredstva in procesnega zraka. Najboljši rezultat za sistem z ekspanzijskim ventilom smo imeli pri najmanjši stopnji odprtja, pri kateri so bile dosežene najnižje vrednosti porabe energije in najkrajši čas sušenja. Kljub temu je bil obstoječi sistem s kapilaro energijsko bolj učinkovit. Kot posledico manjše porabe energije je čas sušenja daljši.

Title:The impact of the opening of expansion valve on operation of the vapor-compression system in heat pump tumble dryer
Abstract:In this thesis, the impact of different expansion valve opening levels on the operation of the vapor-compression system in a heat pump tumble dryer was examined. The results were also compared with the existing system that uses a capillary tube as the throttling element. The results showed that the expansion valve opening significantly affects the pressure ratio and the temperatures of the refrigerant and process air. The best result for the system with the expansion valve was achieved at the smallest valve opening, where the lowest energy consumption and shortest drying time were recorded. However, the existing system with the capillary tube proved to be more energy-efficient. As a consequence of lower energy consumption, the drying time was longer.
