Abstract:
Diplomska naloga opisuje dokumentarno poslovanje, ki se uporablja v odvetniški pisarni. Opisan je tudi portal e-Sodstvo in njegova uporaba, povezana s poslovanjem odvetniške pisarne. Mnoge odvetniške pisarne še vedno uporabljajo tradicionalne metode upravljanja dokumentacije. Ker imajo le-te ogromno dokumentacije, upravljanje z njo vzame veliko časa. Zato pri upravljanju z dokumentacijo in arhiviranjem dokumentov vključitev digitalizacije in avtomatizacije prinese velike prednosti. Z digitalizacijo in avtomatizacijo delovnih procesov si zadeve drastično olajšamo in s tem prihranimo veliko pomembnega časa. Čas je za odvetniško pisarno še posebej pomemben, saj pomeni, da lahko odvetniki opravijo z več primeri v krajšem času, kar prinese večji dobiček podjetju. Na podlagi analize izbrane odvetniške pisarne je predstavljen in opisan način poslovanja odvetniške pisarne, ki ima v svoj proces upravljanja dokumentacije vključeno digitalizacijo in avtomatizacijo. Intervju z ključnimi zaposlenimi, ki imajo največji vpliv na digitalizacijo v odvetniški pisarni, pa nam da globlji vpogled v trenutno stanje digitalizacije ter stopnjo digitalizacije odvetniške pisarne v prihodnjih letih. Uporaba spletnega portala e-Sodstvo poslovanju odvetniške pisarne prinese velike prednosti. Zaradi raznovrstnosti pri oddajanju vlog in dostopnosti do pravosodnega sistema, ki jih ponuja portal e-Sodstvo, lahko odvetniška pisarna uporabi portal za vse vrste pravnih storitev, ki jih ponuja. Kljub vsem prednostim, ki jih portal e-Sodstvo prinese, pa obstajajo tudi izzivi, s katerim se soočajo uporabniki portala. V diplomski nalogi so predstavljene ideje za nadgradnjo in razvoj portala, ki bi uporabnikom prinesle nove funkcije in dodatne možnosti pri uporabi portala e-Sodstvo.

Title:
Analysis of the documentary operations of a law firm
Abstract:
The thesis examines the documentary operations used in a law firm. It also provides insight in the e-Justice portal and its use in relation to the operations of the law firm. Many law firms still use traditional methods of document management. Since law firms handle a vast amount of documentation, managing it consumes a lot of time. Therefore, the integration of digitization and automation offers significant advantages in managing and archiving documents. By digitizing and automating work processes, tasks are made drastically easier, saving a significant amount of valuable time. Time is especially important for a law firm, as it means that lawyers can handle more cases in less time, resulting in greater profits for the company. Based on the analysis of a selected law firm, the thesis presents and describes the way a law firm operates when digitization and automation are integrated into its document management process. An interview with key employees who have the most influence on digitization in the law firm provides a deeper insight into the current state of digitization and the level of digitization expected in the law firm in the coming years. The use of the e-Justice portal brings significant advantages to the operations of a law firm. Due to the variety of submissions and accessibility to the judicial system offered by the e-Justice portal, a law firm can use it for all types of legal services it provides. Despite all the benefits that the e-Justice portal brings, there are also challenges that users of the portal face. The thesis presents ideas for upgrading and developing the portal, which would provide users with new functions and additional possibilities when using the e-Justice portal.
