Title:Značilnosti stila vodenja v kontekstu prenosa podjetja

Abstract:Diplomsko delo obravnava značilnosti različnih stilov vodenja v kontekstu prenosa podjetja in kako lahko različni stili pomagajo ali otežijo prenos podjetja iz ene generacije na drugo. Cilj naloge je izvedeti, kako lahko stili vodenja pripomorejo, da bo proces potekal čim bolj gladko, brez večjih zapletov, kakšne težave se lahko pojavijo med postopkom in kako pripraviti bodočo vodjo na sam prevzem podjetja, da bo podjetje še naprej rastlo in se razvijalo. V prvem delu naloge predstavljamo teoretični okvir vodenja, kjer smo opredelili ključne pojme, sloge vodenja in dejavnike, ki vplivajo na uspešen način vodenja. Poudarili smo primerjavo različnih stilov vodenja, kot so avtokratski, demokratični, transformacijski, transakcijski in birokratični in kako ti slogi vplivajo na prenos podjetja. Osrednji del naloge se navezuje na vodenje v kontekstu prenosa podjetja, kjer se osredotočamo predvsem na to, kako stil vodenja vpliva na proces prenosa, kako je potrebno naslednike pripraviti na prevzem podjetja in primerjavo, kako vodijo starejše in kako nove, mlade vodje. V tem delu obravnavamo tudi, do kakšnih sprememb pride v organizacijski kulturi po prenosu in analiziramo uspešne prenose. V empiričnem delu naloge smo izvedli sekundarno raziskavo, v kateri smo zbrali 32 naključno izbranih podjetij v Sloveniji, ki so prestali proces prenosa. Nato smo naredili analizo, koliko podjetij je po prenosu propadlo oziroma zašlo v finančne težave in koliko jih je obstalo in nemoteno poslovalo naprej. Ugotovili smo, kateri stil vodenja so v podjetjih v času prenosa uporabljali, da smo analizirali, kateri stil je bil najbolj učinkovit in kateri najmanj. Proučili smo njihov tržni delež in če se je le-ta po procesu prenosa povečal, zmanjšal ali ostal enak. V zaključnem delu smo predstavili ključna spoznanja in napisali ugotovitve same diplomske naloge, ki poudarjajo, da je proces uspešnega prenosa zelo povezan s stilom vodenja in pravočasno pripravo naslednika na sam proces. Ugotovili smo, kateri stil vodenja najbolje vpliva na proces prenosa in kateri najmanj, kako dolgo in kako morajo potekati priprave naslednika na sam proces in kako se vodenje razlikuje med starejšo in mlajšo generacijo vodij. Ovrednotili smo zastavljene hipoteze in ugotovili, kako sam stil vodenja vpliva na prenosa podjetja. Na koncu smo izpostavili odprt problem, ki bi ga bilo potrebno dodatno raziskati in proučiti.

Title:Characteristics of management style in the context of company transfer
Abstract:The thesis examines the characteristics of different management styles in the context of business transfer and how different styles can help or hinder the transfer of a business from one generation to another. The aim of the task is to find out how management styles can help the process go as smoothly as possible, without major complications, what problems can arise during the process and how to prepare the future manager for taking over the company so that the company continues to grow and develop. In the first part of the assignment, we present the theoretical framework of leadership, where we defined key terms, leadership styles and factors that influence successful leadership. We emphasized the comparison of different leadership styles such as autocratic, democratic, transformational and bureaucratic, and how these styles affect the transfer of the company. The central part of the assignment is related to management in the context of the transfer of the company, where we mainly focus on how the management style affects the transfer process, how it is necessary to prepare the successors to take over the company and a comparison of how older and new, young managers lead. In this part, we also consider what changes occur in the organizational culture after the transfer and analyze successful transfers. In the empirical part of the task, we conducted a secondary survey in which we collected fifty randomly selected companies in Slovenia that had undergone the transfer process. We then analyzed how many companies collapsed or ran into financial problems after the transfer and how many remained and continued to operate without interruption. We found out which management style was used in the companies at the time of the transfer, to analyze which style was the most effective and which was the least effective. We examined their market share and whether it increased, decreased, or remained the same after the transfer process. In the final part, we presented the key insights and wrote the findings of the diploma thesis itself, which emphasize that the process of successful transfer is closely related to the management style and the timely preparation of the successor for the process itself. We found out which leadership style has the best impact on the transfer process, and which has the least impact, how long and how the successor's preparation for the process itself should take place, and how leadership differs between the older and younger generations of leaders. We evaluated the proposed hypotheses and found out how the management style itself affects the transfer of the company. In the end, we highlighted an open problem that would need to be further investigated and studied.
