Abstract:Diplomsko delo obravnava uporabo umetne inteligence, natančneje ChatGPT, pri procesu izdelave poslovnega načrta. Glavni izziv pisanja poslovnih načrtov je velika potreba po časovnih in človeških virih. Namen tega diplomskega dela je analizirati prednosti in slabosti uporabe umetne inteligence pri tem procesu. Analiza vključuje pregled literature, analizo kritik obstoječih metodologij in primerjavo kakovosti poslovnih načrtov, ki jih je izdelal človek, in ustvarjenih z uporabo ChatGPT. Rezultati nam povedo, da lahko ChatGPT učinkovito generira osnove in določa osnovne elemente poslovnih načrtov, vendar je človeški pregled še vedno ključen za dober rezultat. ChatGPT se je izkazal za uporabno orodje, še posebno pri začetnih fazah izdelave poslovnega načrta, vendar ima omejitve na področju natančnosti in točnosti podatkov.

Title:Optimization of the business plan creation process using artificial intelligence: the example of chatgpt
Abstract:The thesis addresses the use of artificial intelligence, specifically ChatGPT, in the process of creating a business plan. The main challenge of writing business plans is the significant need for time and human resources. The purpose of this thesis is to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of using artificial intelligence in this process. The analysis includes a literature review, an examination of critiques of existing methodologies, and a comparison of the quality of business plans created by humans and those generated by ChatGPT. The results indicate that ChatGPT can effectively generate the foundations and define the basic elements of business plans, but human review is still crucial for a good outcome. ChatGPT has proven to be a useful tool, especially in the initial stages of business plan creation, but it has limitations in terms of accuracy and precision of the data.
