Title:Vpliv količine hladilnega plina na karakteristiko delovanja toplotne črpalke : diplomsko delo

Abstract:Pri praktičnem delu s toplotnimi črpalkami in klimatskimi napravami se pojavlja vprašanje, v kolikšni meri ima količina plina vpliv na delovanje in karakteristike toplotne črpalke. V delu je najprej predstavljen teoretični del toplotnih črpalk, njeno delovanje in uporaba. V eksperimentalnem delu smo pripravili toplotno črpalko in jo hidravlično ter elektronsko povezali z zalogovnikom. Tako smo naredili eksperimentalno analizo, pri kateri smo s toplotno črpalko greli sanitarno vodo v zalogovniku z volumnom 100 L. Pri tem smo spremljali različne parametre s temperaturnimi in tlačnimi senzorji. Z analizo podatkov smo razbrali, da ima toplotna črpalka pri manjši polnitvi: nižje grelno število, nižje tlake in temperature uparjanja. Prav tako pa se zaradi daljšega gretja sanitarne vode dvigne tudi poraba električne energije. S temi rezultati smo ugotovili, da manjša polnitev količine plina poslabša vse zgoraj naštete karakteristike.

Title:The influence of the amount of cooling gas on the operating characteristics of the heat pump
Abstract:During practical work with heat pumps and air conditioners, the question arose as to what extent the amount of gas has an influence on the operation and characteristics of the heat pump itself. The work first presents the theoretical part of heat pumps, its operation and use. In the experimental part, we prepared a heat pump and hydraulically and electronically connected it to the storage tank. Thus, we performed an experimental analysis in which we heated sanitary water in a 100 L storage tank with a heat pump. We monitored various parameters with temperature and pressure sensors. By analyzing the data, we understood that the heat pump has a lower heating value, lower pressures and evaporation temperatures with a smaller charge. Also, due to longer heating of sanitary water, the consumption of electricity also rises. With these results, we concluded that a smaller amount of gas filling worsens all the above-mentioned characteristics.
