Title:Vodednje podjetja na primeru podjetja mcdonald´s

Abstract:V dinamičnih in negotovih pogojih poslovanja postanejo kadri ključni vir konkurenčne prednosti, učinkovito vodenje pa pogoj za preživetje in razvoj sodobne organizacije. Vodenje ima kot sestavni del upravljanja pomembno vlogo v vseh vrstah poslovnih organizacij, ne glede na njihovo velikost ali dejavnost. Pomen, vloga in vpliv vodenja narašča z vse večjo dinamičnostjo sprememb v sodobnem poslovnem okolju. Namen naloge je teoretično prikazati pomen vodenja in njegov vpliv na delovno okolje, usposabljanje in podporo zaposlenih ter strategije za reševanje problemov, povezanih z delovno silo, kot sta fluktuacija delovne sile in pomanjkanje motivacije na delovnem mestu. Predstavljeno je vodstvo McDonald’s kot blagovne znamke, ki traja že več kot 50 let, in kaj jo dela uspešno in konkurenčno na trgu. Eden glavnih ciljev tega dela je opredeliti model za celovitejši pregled vpliva sistema vodenja na kakovost poslovanja in doseženo poslovno uspešnost. Namen je raziskati in analizirati razmerje, skozi katerega sistem vodenja uspeva skozi svoje glavne procese (načrtovanje, zagotavljanje, razvoj, vpliv in izobraževanje človeških virov) generirati konkurenčnost ter ustvarjanje pogojev za njihovo uporabo z namenom, da uresničiti in ohraniti poslovni uspeh.

Title:Leading of the company on the example of mcdonald´s
Abstract:In a dynamic and uncertain business environment, human resources become a key source of competitive advantage, and effective leadership is a basic condition for the survival and development of a modern organization. As an integral part of management, leadership plays a significant role in all types of businesses, regardless it size, or assumed activities. Its role grows with the increasing dynamism of change in the contemporary environment. The purpose of the assignment is to theoretically demonstrate the importance of leadership and its impact on the work environment, training and support of employees, and strategies for solving workforce-related problems such as workforce turnover and lack of motivation in the workplace. MC Donald's leadership as a brand spanning over 50 years is presented and what makes it successful and competitive in the market One of the main goals of this work is to define a model for a more comprehensive review of the impact of the management system on the quality of operations and achieved business performance. The purpose is to investigate and analyze the relationship through which the management system succeeds through its main processes (planning, provision, development, influence and training of human resources) to generate competitiveness and create conditions for their use with the aim of realizing and maintaining business success.
