Abstract:Slovensko podjetje se je soočilo z izzivi pri proizvodnji laboratorijskih sistemov za oskrbo z mediji in digestorijev. Doslej so izvedbo cevovodnih inštalacij prevzemali zunanji izvajalci, kar je povzročalo dolge roke izvedbe, visoke stroške in logistične težave. Namen magistrske naloge je bil preučiti možnosti za prehod na izvedbo inštalacij v lastni domeni. Z deskriptivno analizo trenutnega stanja, pregledom literature in študijami primerov smo izvedli raziskavo, kako to doseči. Izvedena je bila tudi komparacija dobaviteljev in evaluacija rezultatov in ugotovitev. Sklepi so pokazali, da prehod na lastno izvedbo inštalacij prinaša optimizacijo proizvodnje, nižje stroške in večjo učinkovitost. Določeni so bili ustrezni materiali, dobavitelji, metode za izvedbo dela in drugi napotki. Novi proces bo podjetju prinesel merljive koristi in izboljšave na področju izvedbe inštalacij in montaže.

Title:Analysis and proposal for integration of gas and plumbing installations in fume hoods and laboratory service supply systems
Abstract:A Slovenian company was facing challenges in the production of laboratory systems for media supply and fume hoods. Previously, they had outsourced the installation of piping systems, which resulted in long lead times, high costs and logistical problems. The objective of this thesis was to investigate the transition to in-house installation of these systems. Through a descriptive analysis of the current state, literature review and case studies, the research examined how this transition can be achieved. A vendor comparison and evaluation of the results was also conducted. The conclusions indicated that a transition to in-house installations would optimize production, reduce costs, and increase efficiency. Appropriate materials, suppliers and work execution methods were identified. The new process is expected to bring measurable benefits and improvements to the company's installation and assembly operations.
