Title:Praktične izkušnje pri razvoju tehnike in taktike igre v obrambi mladih košarkarjev : diplomsko delo

Abstract:Namen zaključnega dela je podrobno opisati, predstaviti in analizirati praktične izkušnje pri razvoju tehničnih in taktičnih elementov obrambe mladih košarkarjev, ki sem jim pridobil v trinajstih letih košarkarske kariere in triletne trenerske kariere. Zaključno delo je razdeljeno na dva dela; prvi del podrobno opisuje teorijo košarkarske obrambe ter teorijo metodike poučevanja obrambe, drugi del pa vključuje glavno temo zaključnega dela – praktične izkušnje. Predstaviti želim svoje delo na področju razvoja obrambe mladih igralcev (specifično kategorije U12 in U14) v klubu ŽKK Maribor, vaje, ki jih izvajamo, pristop in potek vadbe skozi sezono, probleme, ki se pojavijo, in rešitve teh problemov. Upam, da diplomsko delo v prihodnosti morda pomaga mladim trenerjem na različne načine, naj bo to pomoč ob študiju ali pa odgovor na vprašanja in orodje za nadgradnjo dela z mladimi košarkarji.

Title:Practical experience in the development of technique and tactics in the defense of young basketball players
Abstract:The purpose of this thesis is to describe in detail, present, and analyze the practical experience I have gained in developing the technical and tactical elements of defense in young basketball players over a thirteen-year basketball career and a three-year coaching career. The thesis is divided into two parts: the first part describes in detail the theory of basketball defense and the theory of defense teaching methodology, while the second part includes the main topic of the thesis - practical experience. I would like to present my work in the field of development of young players' defense (specifically U12 and U14 categories) at the ŽKK Maribor club, the exercises we do, the approach and the course of training throughout the season, the problems that arise, and the solutions to these problems. I hope the thesis helps young coaches in the future in various ways, whether it is to help them with their studies or to answer questions and be a tool to improve their work with young basketball players.
