Abstract:

Title:
Digital twin KUKA
Abstract:
In the thesis, the production of a digital twin of a laboratory robotic cell is presented. In the KUKA.Sim software, a virtual laboratory cell is created, which is controlled via a virtual controller with the S7-PLCSIM Advanced software. The main objective was to simulate an industrial process and the detection of products on a conveyor belt. As an active safety element, a safety curtain is used. An appropriate program was created to control the robot, and an appropriate connection was established between the virtual controller and the virtual environment. Additionally, a program for the controller was written, and a user interface was created in the TIA V18 software.
