Abstract:
Vsebinska strategija je ključni proces za ustvarjanje prilagojene vsebine, ki zadovoljuje potrebe uporabnikov in poslovne zahteve ter omogoča načrtovanje in upravljanje vsebine na spletnih mestih. To vključuje celoten življenjski cikel vsebine, vključno s tehnično vsebino, za usklajevanje s cilji organizacije. V strategijah, kot je vsebinski marketing, je poudarjen tudi pomen vključevanja strank in uporaba pripovedovanja zgodb na družbenih medijih za vplivanje na čustva, percepcijo in nakupno vedenje potrošnikov. V empiričnem delu smo na podlagi analize vsebin za marketing e-izobraževanj (za slovenski in svetovni trg) in analize spletne ankete ugotovili najpomembnejše dejavnike panoge za potencialni uspeh podjetij.

Content strategies and content marketing on social media
Abstract:
Content strategy is the key process for creating tailored content that meets user needs and business requirements while enabling website content planning and management. This encompasses the entire content lifecycle, including technical content, to align with organizational goals. In strategies like content marketing, there's a focus on customer engagement and storytelling through social media to influence emotions, perception, and consumer behavior. In the empirical part, we identified the most crucial industry factors for potential business success through content analysis for e-learning marketing (for the Slovenian and global markets) and an online survey.
