Abstract:
V diplomskem delu smo predstavili rešitev za prenovo sistema za upravljanje zalog kemičnega potrošnega materiala s pomočjo naprednejšega digitalnega sistema. Pred uvedbo novega sistema smo podatke o porabi kemičnega potrošnega materiala zbirali ročno, s pisanjem v zvezek ali na list papirja. Diplomska naloga se osredotoča na temo prenove sistema za upravljanje zalog in porabe kemičnega potrošnega materialov v velikem farmacevtskem podjetju. V uvodnem delu smo predstavili informacijski sistem za vodenje skladišč, ki je osnova za naše nadaljnje raziskave. V osrednjem delu diplomske naloge smo analizirali prednosti in slabosti trenutnega sistema za evidentiranje zalog kemičnega porabe materiala ter predstavili prototipno rešitev sistema za upravljanje zalog kemičnega potrošnega materiala. S tem diplomskim delom smo želeli prispevati k izboljšanju procesov upravljanja zalog v našem farmacevtskem podjetju in omogočiti večjo sledljivost in učinkovitost pri porabi kemičnih materialov. Implementacija novega sistema omogoča skrbniku za naročanje kemičnega potrošnega materiala večjo sledljivost in preprostejši dostop do informacij, kar povečuje učinkovitost proučevanega procesa.

Title:
Renewal of a stock management system for chemical consumables
Abstract:
In the thesis we discuss the solution for the renewal of the system for stock of chemical consumables management with advanced digital system. Before implementation of the new system, we collected the of chemical consumables data on paper. The thesis focuses on renovation of the system for stock management of chemicals in large pharmaceutical company. First, we introduced the information system for the management of warehouses, which is the base for further research. In the main part of the thesis, we analyzed advantages and disadvantages of current system for the tracking of the of chemical consumables stock. We also designed prototype for chemical consumables stock management. With this thesis we presented improvement of the chemical consumables stock management process in studied company. Further we presented how to enable more efficient tracking and efficiency in consumption of chemical materials. Implementation of the new system enables the trustee for the ordering of chemical consumable goods higher level of traceability and easier access to information, which makes the whole studied process more efficient.
