Abstract:
Diplomska naloga opisuje konstruiranje dvižne roke za naklad okroglih bal, ki je nameščena na že obstoječo prikolico. Modeliranje se je odvijalo v programskem paketu SolidWorks. Konstruiranje je potekalo z upoštevanjem dimenzijskih omejitev ter omejitev glede premagovanja obtežbe bremena. V okviru diplomskega dela je bila izvedena trdnostna analiza po metodi končnih elementov. V analizi je bila analizirana dvižna roka skupaj s hidravličnim valjem in pripadajočim vpetjem. V fazi detajliranja priključka je bila izdelana sestavna risba s kosovnico.

Title:
Designing a lifting arm for loading round bales
Abstract:
The diploma thesis describes the construction of a lifting arm for loading round bales installed on an existing trailer. The modelling was done in the SolidWorks software package. The construction was done considering dimensional constraints and load-bearing limitations. As part of the thesis, a strength analysis was performed using the finite element method. The analysis included the lifting arm, hydraulic cylinder, and their respective attachments. In the detailed phase of the tractor attachment, an assembly drawing with a bill of materials was created.
