Abstract:
V diplomskem delu je predstavljeno koncipiranje, snovanje in izdelava numerične analize varilnega odra za potrebe podjetja Farmtech d.o.o.. Ker podjetje Farmtech proizvaja kmetijske prikolice različnih dimenzij, potrebujejo varilni oder, ki bo imel možnost spremembe višine, širine in dolžine. Konstruirati je bilo treba varilni oder, ki bo omogočal izdelavo prikolic EDK 500-800, ZDK 800-1800, TDK 800-2000 in DDK 2400. Izdelati je bilo potrebno tudi statično analizo osnovne podesti, ki smo jo izvedli s programskim paketom SolidWorks. Po opravljeni analizi dobljenih rezultatov smo ugotovili, da varilni oder ustreza našim zahtevam in zagotavlja ustrezno varno uporabo.

Title:
Construction of a welding platform for welding agricultural trailers
Abstract:
The thesis presents the conception, design, and numerical analysis of a welding platform for the needs of the company Farmtech d. o. o. As Farmtech produces agricultural trailers of different dimensions, a welding platform that can be moved in height, width, and length is needed. It was necessary to construct a welding platform that would enable the manufacturing of EDK 500-800, ZDK 800-1800, TDK 800-2000 and DDK 2400 trailers. A static analysis of the base substructure had to be carried out using the SolidWorks software package. After analysing the results obtained, we found that the welding platform meets our requirements and provides adequate safe usage.
