Abstract:
V diplomskem delu predstavimo opredelitev koncepta industrije 5.0. Industrija 5.0 se ni zgodila čez noč, ampak je bil za to potreben čas, kar v nalogi predstavimo z razvojem industrijskih revolucij skozi čas. Osrednji cilj naloge je predstaviti koncept industrije 5.0, zato najprej predstavimo izhodišča za razumevanje industrije 5.0, nato koncepte industrije, sledi pa poglavje, v katerem predstavimo tehnologije industrije 5.0. Vsaka industrijska revolucija pa povzroča tudi posledice, tako v zadnjem poglavju na kratko opišemo še vpliv implementacije industrije 5.0 na narodno gospodarstvo, vpliv na organizacije in management ter vpliv na spremembo delovnih mest. Na koncu predstavimo še probleme, omejitve ter predloge za slovenska podjetja.

Title:
Definition of the concept of industry 5.0
Abstract:
In this thesis, we present the definition of the Industry 5.0 concept. Industry 5.0 did not happen overnight, it took time, which is illustrated in the thesis by the evolution of industrial revolutions over time. The main objective of the thesis is to introduce the concept of Industry 5.0, so we first present a starting point for understanding Industry 5.0, then the concepts of Industry 5.0, followed by a chapter introducing the technologies of Industry 5.0. Every industrial revolution has consequences, so in the last chapter we briefly describe the impact of the implementation of Industry 5.0 on the national economy, the impact on organisations and management, and the impact on job change. Finally, we present the problems, constraints and proposals for Slovenian companies.
