Abstract:V diplomskem delu je na kratko predstavljeno podjetje TBP d.d., v sodelovanju s katerim sem opravljal diplomsko nalogo. Predstavljene so različne izvedbe bovden potegov, ki se izdelujejo v podjetju, kateri se uporabljajo v avto industriji. Opisali smo bovden potege, za katere smo konstruirali merilno pripravo, katera omogoča kontrolo nastavne mere direktno ob proizvodni liniji. V nalogi smo modelirali sestavne dele merilne priprave ter izdelali delavniške risbe ter kosovnico, sestavili pripravo v strojegradnji in izvedli preskus meritev ter izdelali Gage R&R analizo.

Title:Design and production of a measuring device for controlling the functional dimension of the bowden cable for folding car seats
Abstract:The diploma thesis briefly introduces the company TBP d.d. with whom I cooperated with. There are different types of bowden cables presented that are produced in the company, which are then used in car industry. We described bowden cables for which we constructed measuring device that allows us to measure functional dimension directly by the production lines. We sketched and modeled assembly pieces combined with technical drawings and assembly drawing, assembled the components in workshop, did a testing measurement and ran a Gage R&R analysis.
