Abstract:
Primerno vzdrževanje je ključnega pomena za vsa podjetja, ki želijo ostati konkurenčna, saj se z odzivnim vzdrževanjem skrajšujejo časi popravil, števila okvar, povečujeta se zanesljivost in razpoložljivost delovnih sredstev. Posledično vse to privede do večje produktivnosti, kar pa pomeni manj stroškov oziroma večji zaslužek podjetja. Namen diplomskega dela je predstavitev metode TPM oziroma celovitega produktivnega vzdrževanja in njene vpeljave v podjetje, metode, ki podjetju omogoča ostati konkurenčno. Zaradi določenih težav, ki so pestile podjetje, je bila izbrana tema diplomskega dela način, s katerim smo v našem podjetju premagovali ovire. Študija primera vpeljave metode TPM v podjetju XY je bila osnova za pisanje našega diplomskega dela, pri čemer smo se posluževali deskriptivne metode preučevanja domače in tuje literature, predvsem so nam koristile lastne izkušnje. Na lastnem primeru smo ugotovili, da velja metoda TPM kot dodana vrednost v podjetju, k čemur pričajo pozitivni rezultati v smislu dviga produktivnosti, manjšega števila okvar in zastojev. V diplomskem delu smo predstavili tudi naše mnenje in predloge glede vpeljave metode TPM v podjetje, prav tako smo navedli tudi nekaj kritik.

Title:
Analysis of total productive maintenance implementation into manufacturing company
Abstract:
Appropriate maintenance is crucial for any company that would like to stay competitive because responsive maintenance shortens the duration of repairs and the number of defects, and the reliability and availability of work resources are increased. This all leads to improved productivity, which translates to lower expenses and increased profit for the company. The purpose of the thesis is to present the TPM (total productive maintenance) method and its implementation in a company; a method that keeps the company competitive. Due to certain issues that were troubling the company, the chosen topic for the thesis was the approach we used in our company to overcome obstacles. The case study of implementing the TPM method in the XY company was the basis for this diploma thesis; we used the descriptive study method of home and international literature, and we mostly benefited from our own experience. Our own example showed that the TPM method may be considered as added value in the company, which can be proven with positive results in the sense of improving productivity and reducing the occurrence of faults and production stoppages. The diploma thesis also presents our opinion and suggestions regarding the implementation of the TPM method in a company, and we also included some negative aspects.
