Title:Uvedba delotoka BIM in koordinacije BIM v gradbeno podjetje

Abstract:Naloga obravnava uvedbo delotoka BIM in koordinacije BIM v pripravo projekta izvedbe gradbeno-inženirskega objekta. Uvedba delotoka BIM v proces načrtovanja je izjemnega pomena za gradbena podjetja in druge deležnike v gradbeni industriji, saj lahko vsem prinese veliko dodano vrednost. V nalogi raziščemo BIM, delotok BIM, ter predstavimo standardizirano dokumentacijo skladno z informacijskimi zahtevami naročnika in načrt za izvedbo BIM. Uporabo delotoka BIM in koordinacije BIM analiziramo na praktičnem primeru priprave projektne dokumentacije PZI za rekonstrukcijo viadukta Dolgi most, ki bo služila gradbenemu podjetju v fazi gradnje. Za zagotavljanje objektivnosti ugotovljenih rezultatov smo v sklopu naloge opravili tudi intervjuje z udeleženci projekta priprave dokumentacije. V nalogi smo odgovorili na tri raziskovalna vprašanja. Hipotezo, da ima BIM številne pozitivne učinke na gradbeno industrijo, smo potrdili. Prav tako smo potrdili hipotezo, da je celovita implementacija organizacijskih procesov BIM za podjetja težavna. Ovrgli smo hipotezo, ki pravi, da BIM optimizira proces priprave projektne dokumentacije. Rezultati kažejo, da je BIM prihodnost za industrijo grajenega okolja in da je njegov razvoj potrebno spodbujati, ne gre pa ga prehitevati. Realna slika namreč kaže, da procesi BIM, tudi zaradi obstoječe programske opreme, ki še ni dovolj razvita, niso najbolj učinkoviti za gradbeno-inženirske objekte.

Title:Implementation of BIM workflow and BIM coordination in a construction company
Abstract:The thesis addresses the introduction of BIM workflow and BIM coordination in the preparation of the implementation project of a civil engineering facility. The implementation of BIM workflow in the planning process is of great importance not only for construction companies but also for other stakeholders in the construction industry, as it has the potential to deliver significant added value. In the thesis, we investigate BIM and the BIM workflow, and present standardized documentation in accordance with the client's information requirements and the BIM execution plan. The use of BIM workflow and BIM coordination is analyzed through a practical example: the preparation of PZI project documentation for the reconstruction of the Dolgi most viaduct, intended for use by a construction company during the building phase. To ensure the objectivity of the results, we also conducted interviews with participants involved in the documentation preparation project. In order to ensure the objectivity of the results, we also conducted interviews with participants in the documentation preparation project. In the assignment, we answered three research questions. Our research confirms hypothesis that BIM has many positive effects on the construction industry, as well as the hypothesis that the comprehensive implementation of BIM organizational processes for companies is difficult. Contrary to our hypothesis, BIM optimizes the process of preparing project documentation. The results show that BIM is the future for the built environment industry and that its development should be encouraged, but not rushed. Reality shows that the implementation of BIM processes is challenging, also due to the existing software, which is not yet sufficiently developed and efficient for construction and engineering facilities.
