Title:Analiza poslanstev, vizij in vrednot izbranih mednarodnih logističnih podjetij : magistrsko delo

Abstract:Na identiteto in prihodnost podjetij imajo velik vpliv jasno zastavljena vizija, poslanstvo in vrednote. V teoretičnem delu magistrskega dela smo s pomočjo znanstvenih virov opredelili temeljne pojme. Poslanstvo prek opredelitve, kaj podjetje je in kaj počne ter zakaj, postavlja okvire njegovega delovanja. Vizija opiše, kam želi iti podjetje v prihodnosti. Vrednote opredeljujejo, kaj je pomembno za podjetje. O vrednotah, poslanstvu in viziji podjetja se da razmišljati na različne načine in v različnih krogih. V raziskovalnem delu magistrskega dela smo se nato posvetili primerjanju poslanstev, vizij in vrednot 100 logističnih podjetij, ki so na seznamu 100 največjih logističnih podjetij v letu 2019 in delujejo tudi v Sloveniji. Obravnavali smo tista podjetja, ki imajo svoja poslanstva, vizije ali vrednote javno objavljena. Po končani raziskavi smo ugotovili, da ima poslanstvo, vizijo ali vrednote objavljenih le 31 podjetij. Po delitvi poslanstev, vizij in vrednot v ustrezne skupine smo ugotovili, da se večina logističnih podjetij odloča za poslanstva, ki so usmerjena na cilj in namen samega podjetja; vizije, ki temeljijo na konkretnih ciljih podjetja ter vrednote, ki usmerjajo njihovo vedenje do drugih ljudi oz. so usmerjene v posameznika ter osebne dosežke, torej instrumentalne vrednote.

Title:Analysis of missions, visions and values of selected international logistics companies
Abstract:A clearly defined vision, mission and values have a great influence on the identity and the future of companies. In the theoretical part of the master's thesis, we defined the basic concepts with the help of scientific sources. By defining what the company is, what and why it does, the mission sets the framework for its operation. The vision describes which direction the company wishes to take in the future. Values define what is important to the company. The values, mission and vision of the company can be thought about in different ways and in different circles. In the research part of the master's thesis, we compared the missions, visions and values of 100 logistics companies that are on the list of the 100 largest logistics companies in 2019 which also operate in Slovenia. We considered those companies that have their missions, vision or values publicly announced. Upon completion of the research, we found that only 31 companies have a published mission, vision or values. After dividing the missions, visions and values into corresponding subgroups, we found that most logistics companies choose missions that are aimed at the goal and purpose of the company itself; visions based on the company's concrete goals and values that guide their behavior towards other people or they are aimed at the individual and personal achievements, i.e. instrumental values.
