Abstract:V diplomskem delu je na kratko predstavljeno podjetje Unior, d. d., v sodelovanju s katerim sem opravljal nalogo. Poleg tega je na kratko opisano utopno kovanje, še posebej kovanje aluminija. Za slednjega je predstavljena tudi ustrezna faza na kovaški liniji, ki jo uporabljajo v podjetju. Drugi del zajema moja raziskava, primerjava in izbira grelcev, s katerimi se bo grelo segmentno orodje. Na koncu je opisan postopek razvoja in modeliranja ohišja ter nosilca, v katerih bodo grelci.

Title:Development of rolling machine heating system for warm rolling of aluminium workpiece
Abstract:The diploma thesis briefly introduces the company Unior d.d., with which I did my thesis. In addition, a brief description of the forging process is given, as well as the forging of aluminium. For the latter, each stage of the forging line used in the company for aluminium forging is also presented. The second part consists of my research, comparison and selection of the heaters to be used to heat the segmented tools on rolling machine. The last part describes the process of developing and modelling the housing and the carrier in which the heaters will be housed.
