Title:Ovrednotenje energetske učinkovitosti enostanovanjske stavbe in analiza upravičenosti priporočil za energetsko sanacijo : diplomsko delo

Abstract:Glede na statistične podatke je v Sloveniji še vedno mogoče zaslediti veliko število starejših stavb, ki imajo pomanjkljivo toplotno izolacijo ali so brez nje. Omenjene stavbe imajo zelo pogosto vgrajene že močno zastarele in posledično dotrajane ogrevalne sisteme, ki v današnjih časih predstavljajo velik problem, saj dosegajo zelo nizke izkoristke in povrh tega močno onesnažujejo okolje. Takšne stavbe, vključno s stavbo, obravnavano v sklopu zaključnega dela, so za zmanjšanje toplotnih izgub in s tem povezane rabe energije, ki se posledično odraža na stroških za delovanje stavbe, potrebne celovite energetske obnove. Pred izvedbo celovite energetske obnove je potrebno ovrednotiti trenutno energetsko učinkovitost stavbe. Iz tega sledi, da je namen zaključnega dela prikazati, kako se lahko s celovitim in sistematičnim pristopom, uporabo sodobnih orodij in merilne opreme natančno ovrednoti energetska učinkovitost stavbe. Najprej bo torej izveden preliminarni energetski pregled stavbe in zatem dodatno termografski pregled ter na koncu še eksperimentalna določitev toplotne prehodnosti zunanje stene. Tako bodo pridobljeni vsi potrebni vhodni podatki, na podlagi katerih se bo po veljavni računski metodologiji izdelala računska energetska izkaznica. Na ta način bo izvedena analiza energetske učinkovitosti in analiza rabe energije za delovanje stavbe, na osnovi katerih bodo implementirana tudi najprimernejša priporočila za energetsko sanacijo, ki bodo na koncu podprta z izračunom vračilne dobe investicije.

Title:Evaluation of energy efficiency of a single residential building and analysis of energy renovation measures
Abstract:According to statistical data, it is still possible to find many older buildings in Slovenia that have insufficient thermal insulation or are without it. The mentioned buildings very often have very outdated and consequently obsolete heating systems installed, which nowadays represent a big problem, as they achieve very low efficiencies and, on top of that, they heavily pollute the environment. Such buildings, including the building discussed in the thesis, require comprehensive energy renovation to reduce heat losses and related energy consumption, which is consequently reflected in the building's running costs. Before carrying out a comprehensive energy renovation, it is necessary to evaluate the current energy efficiency of the building. Following this, the purpose of the thesis is to show how the energy efficiency of the building can be accurately evaluated with a comprehensive and systematic approach, using modern tools and measuring equipment. Therefore, a preliminary energy audit of the building will be carried out first, followed by a thermographic examination and, finally, an experimental determination of the thermal transmittance of the outer wall. This will provide all the necessary input data to produce a calculated energy certificate according to the current calculation methodology. In this way, an energy efficiency analysis and an analysis of energy use for the building's operation will be carried out, which will be used to implement the most appropriate recommendations for energy renovation, ultimately supported by a calculation of the payback period of the investment.
