Abstract:
V diplomskem delu je bilo na osnovi podanega obdelovanca potrebno zasnovati modularno vpenjalno pripravo za strojno obdelavo. Vpetje obdelovanca naj bi se izvedlo hitro in obenem natančno ter ponovljivo. S pomočjo spletnih katalogov se zasnuje vpenjalno pripravo in izbere orodje za obdelavo. Določi se obdelovalni stroj, podajo navodila za montažo in uporabo, izvede stroškovna analiza ter se predstavijo možne nadgradnje. Rezultat dela je vpenjalna priprava, ki omogoča celotno obdelavo z enim vpetjem ter doseganje zahtevanih toleranc.

Title:
Design of a modular clamping device for cast lever machining
Abstract:
In this diploma thesis a modular clamping device for machining was designed based on the given workpiece. The process of clamping should be fast, but also precise and repeatable at the same time. The clamping device was designed with the use of online catalogues, as was the tool selection. A machine is chosen, assembly and use instructions are given, an expense analysis is made and possible upgrades are presented. The result was a clamping device, which enables for the whole machining process to be made in one clamping step and makes it possible to reach the required tolerances.
