Abstract:
Diplomsko delo predstavi efektiven način za oceno in določitev kakovosti tiskanih vezij iz proizvodnih linij. Sestavljeno tiskano vezje zagotavlja električno povezavo prispojenim elektronskim komponentam. Po sestavi tiskanega vezja je potrebno izvesti funkcionalen preizkus, ki zagotavlja kakovost izdelka. Po navadi so proizvodnje linije opremljene z inšpekcijskimi kamerami, ki odkrivajo nepravilnosti, kot so manjkajoče komponente. Takšno zagotavljanje kakovosti v nekaterih primerih ni dovolj, zato moramo dodati dodatno raven nadzora. Poleg inšpekcij s kamerami morajo biti opravljene električne meritve. Proces meritev mora biti avtomatiziran, da se zagotavljata ponovljivost in hitrejša izvedbo procesa. Diplomsko delo ovrednoti pomen takšne naprave, predstavi njene prednosti in slabosti ter njeno kompleksnost. Naprava obsega elektronski del, ki izvaja meritve, mehanski del, ki obsega ohišje in vpenjalno mesto, ter program, ki nadzira proces.

Title:
Measurement device for testing assembled printed circuit boards from manufacturing lines
Abstract:
The diploma thesis presents an efficient way to evaluate and determent the quality of an assembled printed circuit board from manufacturing lines. An assembled PCB consists of electronic devices that are soldered to the PCB that provide electrical connection. After assembling the PCB, a function test needs to be performed to guaranty the quality of the product. Usually, the assembly lines are mounted with cameras that detect inaccuracies such as missing component. This type of quality assurance is sometimes not enough, and we need to add another degree of precautions. In addition of camera inspections, electronic measurements need to be made conducted. The process needs to be automatized to provide repeatability and speed. The diploma evaluates such a device, presents its advantages and disadvantages and its complexity. The device covers an electrical part that preforms the measurements, a mechanical part that consists of a housing and a mounting nest and a program that supervises the process.
