Abstract:Za varno uporabo hidravličnih valjev v eksplozivnih atmosferah je potrebno izpolnjevati določene zahteve oz. standarde, da med samim delovanjem valja v takšnih pogojih ne bi prišlo do vžiga ali eksplozije. Za to morajo biti takšni valji posebej izdelani. V skladu z EU direktivo ATEX 2014/34/EU mora ustrezna dokumentacija valja vsebovati tehniško dokumentacijo valja, vzorec napisne tablice, izjavo o skladnosti, navodila za uporabnika, oceno tveganja ter ustrezne točke, ki so relevantne za hidravlične valje iz standardov SIST EN ISO/IEC 80079-36 ter SIST EN ISO/IEC 80079-37. Cilj naloge je skonstruirati, izdelati in pripraviti vso zgoraj navedeno dokumentacijo za delovanja valja v eksplozivnih atmosferah.

Title:Preparation of documentation and construction of a hydraulic cylinder, intended for operation in ex-atmosphere
Abstract:For the safe use of hydraulic cylinders in explosive atmospheres, we must meet certain requirements or. standards to prevent ignition or explosion during operation of the cylinder under such conditions. For this, such rollers must be specially designed. In accordance with the EU directive ATEX 2014/34 / EU, the relevant cylinder documentation must include: technical documentation of the cylinder, sample nameplate, declaration of conformity, user instructions, risk assessment and relevant points relevant to hydraulic cylinders from the standard: SIST EN ISO / IEC 80079-36/37. The aim of the task is to construct, produce and prepare all the above documentation for the operation of the cylinder in explosive atmospheres.
