Title:Analiza električnih vozil skozi prikaz eksternih stroškov na primeru integracije električnega vozila v podjetje : magistrsko delo

Abstract:Zaradi naraščajočega prometa se prometni sektor danes sooča z velikimi problemi glede izpustov škodljivih emisij. Zaradi cilja, ki si ga je zadala Evropska unija, je bil leta 2019 predstavljen evropski zeleni dogovor, s katerim želi Evropa do leta 2050 doseči podnebno nevtralnost. Zato se vlade evropskih držav zavzemajo za izpolnitev tega cilja. Velik del emisij prispeva prav cestni promet. V prvem delu naloge smo predstavili emisije v Evropi, nato smo preučili zgodovino in razvoj električnih avtomobilov ter različne vrste električnih in hibridnih vozil ter njihove prednosti in slabosti. Ker večina držav Evropske unije z raznimi subvencijami spodbuja nakup okolju prijaznih vozil smo preučili, kakšne so spodbude po posameznih državah. V osrednjem delu naloge smo preučili eksterne stroške v cestnem prometu in kakšen je vpliv električnih vozil na te stroške. Prav tako smo analizirali tudi stroške, ki so zelo pomembni pri odločitvah glede nakupa električnih vozil. S pomočjo podatkov pridobljenih v podjetju smo izračunali vplive na okolje in stroške uporabe vozil z notranjim izgorevanjem. Primerjali smo tri električna vozila, katera bi bilo smiselno uvesti v podjetje. Na podlagi analiz in pridobljenih rezultatov ter z izračunom ROI smo podali mnenje glede nabave električnih vozil v podjetju. Na podlagi pridobljenih podatkov smo analizirali tudi eksterne stroške obstoječih vozil in predstavili rešitve za zmanjšanje teh stroškov. V podjetju se zavedajo problematike škodljivih emisij zato že sedaj veliko vlagajo v zmanjšanje emisij in ozaveščanje javnosti.

Title:Analysis of external costs of electrical vehicles based on the integration of an electric vehicle into a company
Abstract:Due to the ever-growing traffic, the transport sector is nowadays facing major problems in terms of emissions. Due to the goal set by the European Union in 2019, a European green agreement was presented, with which Europe wants to achieve climate neutrality by the year 2050. That is why the governments of European countries are committed to achieving this goal. A large part of the emissions is contributed by road transport. In the first part of the thesis, we presented levels of emissions in Europe, we examined the history and development of electric cars and different types of electric and hybrid vehicles and their advantages and disadvantages. As most countries of the European Union encourage the purchase of environmentally friendly vehicles with various subsidies, we examined the incentives in individual countries. In the central part of the thesis, we examined the costs of electric vehicles, which are important in decisions regarding the purchase of electric vehicles. With the help of data obtained in the company, we calculated the environmental impacts and costs of using internal combustion vehicles. We compared three electric vehicles, which would make sense to introduce into the company car fleet. Based on the analyses and obtained results, and by calculating the ROI, we gave an opinion about the purchase of electric vehicles in the company. Based on the obtained data, we also analyzed the external costs of existing vehicles and presented solutions to reduce these costs. The company is aware of the problems of harmful emissions, so they are already investing heavily in reducing emissions in their day-to-day business and raising public awareness.
