Abstract:
V magistrskem delu je prikazana uporaba OEE kazalnika na primeru delovnih sredstev na liniji za površinsko zaščito H6 podjetja Arcont d. d. Gre za ključen kazalnik merjenja uspešnosti obravnavanega proizvodnega procesa, ki je razdeljen na tri faktorje – razpoložljivost, zmogljivost in kakovost, ki omogoča celovit in kritičen pogled nad izkoriščenostjo razpoložljivih sredstev. Kazalnik je v proizvodnem svetu vse pogosteje uporabljen za analizo učinkovitosti proizvodnih podjetij z namenom spremljanja in izboljšanja produktivnosti proizvodnih procesov. V izbranem podjetju spremljanje in beleženje kazalnika OEE ni bila novost, saj so kazalnik že beležili v okviru službe za vitke procese. Namen naloge je bil OEE kazalnik obnoviti in sicer na način, da so faktorji točneje opredeljeni in objektivnejši, da so dobljeni rezultati verodostojnejši in, da podjetje skozi izračunane vrednosti OEE kazalnika lahko išče potencial za nadalje izboljšave v procesu.

Title:
Overall equipment effectiveness in Arcont d. d.
Abstract:
The master thesis shows the use of OEE indicator in the case of working equipment in the H6 surface protection line in the Arcont d. d. company. It is a key metric for measuring the performance of the production process, which is divided into three factors – availability, performance and quality, which provides a complete and critical view of the utilization of available resources. The indicator is increasingly used in the manufacturing world to analyse the efficiency of the manufacturing companies in order to monitor and improve productivity of production processes. Monitoring and recording the OEE indicator is not new in the company, as the indicator has been recorded for some time within the lean processes department. The purpose of the master thesis is to re-establish the OEE indicator in such a way that the factors will be more precisely defined and objective, that the obtained values will be as realistic as possible and that the company will see the potential for further improvements in the process.
