Abstract:

Title:
THE DEVELOPMENT OF A DYNAMIC TECHNIQUE IN THE U-12 TO U-15 SELECTIONS
Abstract:
The main feature of the football game is mutual work or communication. Nowadays, the game of football can be described as dynamic and highly organized, but also as a game that allows players freedom and creativity. Due to the desired dynamics in the game, we aim to place the emphasis on the dynamic technique in the younger categories. With the basic technique, we also gradually teach the dynamic technique according to the methodical scale and levels of training. The game dynamics is expressed in the speed of the ball and the players and in the speed of transition from the defence phase to the attack phase and vice versa. For the achieved dynamics in the game we have to take care of the players’ physical fitness and tactical knowledge so we can demand as little contact with the ball as possible. We speak of the acquired knowledge of the dynamic technique when the players are able to perform the technical elements in rapid movement and despite the hindering of the opposing players. In order to better understand what the dynamic technique is, what are the conditions for successfully mastering it and how we can train it, the thesis briefly describes the technical elements that are the basis and presents detailed dynamic exercises for the U -12, U-13, U-14 and U-15 selections.
