Title:Prenova skladiščnega sistema za učinkovito poslovanje v podjetju Dolinšek transport d. o. o. : diplomsko delo visokošolskega strokovnega študijskega programa

Abstract:Predstavljeno diplomsko delo se navezuje na področje skladiščnih procesov, skladišč ter na prikaz rešitev v skladišču podjetja Dolinšek transport d. o. o. V diplomskemu delu v prvem delu obravnavamo skladiščne procese in vrste skladišč. Poleg tega opredelimo tudi teoretične vsebine glede sistema skladiščnih regalov v zaprtih skladiščih. V drugem delu diplomskega dela analiziramo izziv neučinkovitih skladiščnih procesov v podjetju Dolinšek transport d. o. o., ki onemogočajo nadaljnji razvoj ter izboljšanje poslovnih rezultatov v primerjavi z drugimi logističnimi podjetji. Podjetje se poleg neučinkovitega načina skladiščenja spoprijema tudi z izzivom pomanjkanja skladiščnih površin. Prenova procesov skladiščenja v podjetju bi povečala produktivnost in dobiček ter skrajšala zamude tovornih vozil. Predlog prenove procesov vključuje tudi okoljevarstveni vidik pri uvedbi električnega viličarja in električnega industrijskega dvigala, kar bi povečalo produktivnost skladišča. Poleg tega bi uvedli tudi paletne regale, s katerimi bi dosegli boljšo organiziranost in preglednost v skladiščnem prostoru.

Title:Renovation of warehouse system for efficient operations in the company Dolinšek transport d. o. o.
Abstract:The presented diploma thesis is related to the field of warehousing processes, warehouses and the presentation of solutions in the warehouse of the company Dolinšek transport d. o. o. In the first part of the diploma thesis we discuss storage processes and types of warehouses. In addition, we also define the theoretical contents regarding the system of storage racks in closed warehouses. In the second part of the thesis we analyze the challenge of inefficient warehousing processes in the company Dolinšek transport d.o.o., which prevent further development and improvement of business results compared to other logistics companies. In addition to the inefficient method of storage, the company is also facing the challenge of lack of storage space. Renovating the company's warehousing processes would increase productivity and profits and reduce truck delays. The proposed process overhaul also includes an environmental aspect in the introduction of an electric forklift and an electric industrial lift, which would increase the productivity of the warehouse. In addition, pallet racks would be introduced to achieve better organization and transparency in the storage space.
