Abstract:
V diplomskem delu raziskujemo pretočno zmogljivost v primerih klasičnega in conskega komisioniranja s pomočjo avtonomnih vozil. Teoretično izhodišče zajema sprejem, uskladiščenje, komisioniranje in odpremo blaga. S pomočjo SWOT analize smo analizirali vpeljavo conskega komisioniranja s pomočjo AMR robotov in z vzročno posledičnim diagramom prikazali kaj so vzroki in posledice problema. S simulacijo smo raziskali pretočno zmogljivost klasičnega komisioniranja in conskega komisioniranja s pomočjo AMR robotov v programskem okolju Matlab. V simulaciji smo ohranjali konstantno velikost skladišča, hitrosti objektov, čas komisioniranja in odpreme blaga.

Title:
Comparison of classical and human-robot collaboration order picking process
Abstract:
In this bachelor's degree, we focus on the throughput performance in classical and zonal order picking processes with the help of autonomous vehicles. The theoretical starting point includes the receiving, storage, order picking and dispatching of goods. We used SWOT analysis to analyze the introduction of zonal order picking with the help of AMR robots. Furthermore, a fishbone (causal) diagram illustrates the causes and consequences of the respected issue. The practical part, which focuses on simulation analysis and was made in the Matlab program, shows the throughput performance of both order picking variants. In the simulation, we maintained constant warehouse size, facility speeds, order picking, and shipping times in the simulation, respectively. The main variable in the case of classical order picking was the number of order pickers in the warehouse. On the other hand, the main variables in zone order picking were the number of AMR robots used and the number of zones in the warehouse, whilst the number of order pickers and their designated zones remained the same. In both cases, the simulation gave us the result of order picking times of hundreds of orders. In the follow-up, we defined the number of orders that an individual order picking case achieved in one hour and analyzed the obtained results from an economic point of view. By comparing the two simulations, we concluded that we reach higher throughput capacity in a given warehouse with classic order picking.
