Abstract:Če hočejo podjetja dandanes preživeti, morajo slediti novim trendom, ki jih prinaša sodobna digitalna tehnologija. V diplomskem delu smo proučevali naše družinsko transportno podjetje in digitalno transformacijo. Raziskovali smo, kaj je digitalna transformacija, kakšne prednosti in učinke prinaša podjetjem, kakšno je obstoječe poslovanje v izbranem družinskem transportnem podjetju, zakaj bi bila digitalna transformacija pomembna in nujna za nadaljnje poslovanje izbranega družinskega transportnega podjetja ter kot povzetek proučevanja predlagali osnutek procesa oblikovanja strategije digitalne transformacije za izbrano družinsko transportno podjetje. Ugotovili smo, da je digitalna transformacija izbranega družinskega transportnega podjetja nujna za rast podjetja, povečanje njegove produktivnosti in konkurenčnosti v sodobnem svetu ter da je realna, konkretna, izvedljiva opcija, ki jo je mogoče razumljivo predstaviti nosilcem družinskega transportnega podjetja.

Title:Digital transformation of the family transport company
Abstract:If companies want to survive today, they must follow the new trends brought by modern digital technology. In the diploma work we studied our family transport company and digital transformation. We researched what digital transformation is, what advantages and effects it brings to companies, what is the existing business in the selected family transport company, why digital transformation would be important and necessary for further business of the selected family transport company and proposed a draft process of digital transformation strategy for the selected family transport company. We found that the digital transformation of the selected family transport company is necessary for the growth of the company, increasing its productivity and competitiveness in the modern world and that it is a realistic, concrete, feasible option that can be understandably presented to family transport companies.
