Abstract:
V magistrski nalogi smo najprej opredelili poslovne procese in njihovo vlogo za uspešnost ter učinkovitost podjetja. Ugotovili smo, da lahko delovanje vsakega podjetja ali organizacije prikažemo kot niz povezanih poslovnih procesov. Ti procesi so soodvisni in pomembno vplivajo eden na drugega. V projektno usmerjenih podjetjih, ki se ukvarjajo z gradbeništvom, so še posebej v ospredju povezave med aktivnostmi, ki so ključnega pomeni za doseganje končnega rezultata. Brez dokončanja določenega poslovnega procesa ali njegove aktivnosti torej pogosto ne moremo preiti v naslednjo fazo oz. aktivnost podjetja. Ker je izbrano podjetje projektno naravnano, smo odprli tematiko, ki je vezana na projekte in v sklopu tega opredelili pojme. Ugotovili smo, da so projekti časovno in finančno omejeni procesi aktivnosti, ki vodijo do končnega produkta. Naredili smo analizo poslovnih procesov, ki tečejo v okviru izvedenih projektov izbranega podjetja ter prišli do ugotovitve, da preko večletnih izkušenj v gradbeništvu podjetje načeloma dosega svoje končne cilje in postavljene roke. Kljub temu pa so nekatere aktivnosti neoptimalne, kar daje prostor za nove poglede in morebitne izboljšave. Na koncu smo podali še možnosti izboljšav ter predvideno stanje po teh spremembah. Ugotovitve so, da bi lahko z izrisom časovnega diagrama procesa in zaposlitvijo nove osebe razbremenili lastnico in predvidoma v krajšem času dosegli višjo kakovost vmesnih aktivnosti. S tem bi prav tako časovno optimizirali sledeče projekte, saj bi časovni diagram lahko služil kot vzorec, na podlagi katerega bi lahko realneje načrtovali faze in aktivnosti prihajajočih projektov.

Title:
Improving of business processes in selected company
Abstract:
In the master's thesis, we first defined business processes and their role for the success and efficiency of the company. We found that the functioning of any company or organization can be shown as a multitude of related business processes. These processes are interdependent and significantly affect each other. In project-oriented construction companies, the connections between the activities needed to go through in order to get the final product are especially at the forefront. Without the completion of a certain business process or its activity, we cannot move on to the next. Since the selected company is project-oriented, we opened the topic related to projects and defined the concepts within it. Projects are time and financially limited processes of activities that lead to the final product. We made an analysis of business processes in the projects of the selected company and came to the conclusion that through many years of experience in construction, the company in principle achieves its ultimate goals and deadlines. Nevertheless, some activities are suboptimal, giving room for new perspectives and possible improvements. At the end, there are possibilities for improvements and the anticipated situation after these changes. The findings were that by drawing a time diagram of the process and hiring a new employee, we could relieve the owner of the burden and achieve a higher quality of intermediate activities in a shorter time.
