Abstract:
Podjetje Kurz Cosmetics se ukvarja s proizvodnjo kozmetičnih izdelkov. V okviru diplomskega dela smo predstavili skladiščno poslovanje izbranega podjetja. Na podlagi posnetka obstoječega stanja smo predlagali predlog učinkovitejše rešitve pri skladiščenju blaga. Tako smo predlagali, da se talno skladiščenje nadomesti z regalnim skladiščenjem. V primeru uporabe regalnega skladišča smo pridobili več prostih mest za skladiščenje blaga ter večji pregled nad uskladiščenim materialom. Predlagali smo regalni skladiščni sistem in potrebno mehanizacijo za uspešno delovanje skladišča. Z rezultati diplomskega dela smo dosegli cilj, in sicer smo povečali velikost skladišča ob upoštevanju istega tlorisa skladiščnega objekta.

Title:
Modernization of the warehouse management of Kurz Cosmetics
Abstract:
The company Kurz Cosmetics is engaged in the production of cosmetic products. As part of the diploma work, we presented the warehouse managament of the selected company. Based on a snapshot of the existing situation, we suggested a more efficient solution in the storage of goods - thus, to replace floor storage with rack storage. In case of using a rack warehouse, we obtained more free space for storage of goods, and a greater overview of the stored material. We suggested a rack storage system and the necessary mechanization for the successful operation of the warehouse. With the results of the diploma work, we achieved the goal, namely to increase the stock size of the warehouse, taking into account the same ground plan of the storage facility.
