Abstract:V diplomskem delu je opisana trdnostna analiza industrijske mešalne posode, opravljene v programu SolidWorks. Gre za 30.000 litrsko že obstoječo posodo, za katero menimo, da bi jo bilo možno izboljšati in tako zmanjšati proizvodne stroške. Največji poudarek bomo namenili pozicioniranju nog posode, ker bi z manjšim zamikom montažnega mesta lahko olajšali sestavo posode. Obenem bomo poskušali spremeniti debelino komponent. Izboljšave bodo dale vpogled, kje bi bilo možno uvesti podobne spremembe pri drugih posodah. Po zaključenih simulacijah smo prišli do ugotovitve, da zamik nog ne bo mogoč, uspelo pa nam je znatno zmanjšati maso posode.

Title:Strength analysis of an industrial mixing vessel
Abstract:The diploma thesis describes the strength analysis of an industrial mixing vessel performed in the SolidWorks software. It is a 30,000 litre pre-existing container, which could be improved to reduce the production costs. The greatest emphasis will be put on the positioning of the legs of the container, since the assembly of the container could be greatly simplified with a minor change of the mounting position. We will also try to change the thicknesses of the components. The improvements will provide an insight into where similar changes could be made to other containers. After completing the simulations, we realized that changing the mounting position of the legs will not be possible, but we were able to reduce the weight of the vessel significantly.
