Title:Optimizacija konfiguratorja vzmeti za tečaje v gospodinjskih aparatih : magistrsko delo

Abstract:V magistrski nalogi bom predstavil optimizacijski problem, katerega smo do sedaj reševali s pomočjo Excel tabela, saj sem sodeloval pri razvoju nove generacije tečajev oz. kinematične komponente za kuhalne aparate. Optimizacijo smo izvedli z genetskimi algoritmi, ki so namenjeni reševanju obsežnih optimizacijskih problemov. Sama naloga je razdeljena na dva dela. V prvem delu je predstavljen tečaj, kako deluje in njegov namen. Nato sem se osredotočil na dva algoritma, ki sem ju sestavil, in rezultate, ki jih je algoritem izračunal. Drugi del naloge je bil namenjen dimenzioniranju vzmeti. Od vseh znanih vzmeti sem se poglobil v vijačne vzmeti, ki jih tudi uporabljamo. Dodal sem preračun vijačne vzmeti, ki sem ga implementiral v program. Ta nam služi za hitro oceno karakteristike vzmeti, ki smo jo določili s pomočjo genetskega algoritma. Algoritem ki sem ga izdelal dobro rešuje optimizacijski problem, in je hkrati univerzalen, kar pomeni, da nam bo dobro služil tudi pri drugih generacijah tečajev. Preračun vzmeti nam daje dobro oceno, ali bo vzmet sploh mogoče izdelati hkrati pa oceno ali bo delovanje povzročalo težave.

Title:Optimization of spring configurator for hinges in household appliances
Abstract:In my master`s thesis, I will present an optimization problem, which we were solving it with the help of an Excel program. I came to the topic while participating in the development of a new generation of kinematic components for cooking appliances. I solved the problem with genetic algorithms, that are designed to solve problems with a high number of data. Ta task itself is divided into two parts. The first part describes the hinge. How it works and its purpose. Then I focused on the two algorithms I have made and the results the algorithm calculated. The second part of the master`s thesis was dedicated to how to design a spring. Of the all known spring types, I delved into the coil springs, which we use. I also added a calculation program for springs which also serves to quickly assess the characteristics of the spring, which the algorithm has proposed. The algorithm that I have created, solved the optimization problem and it is also universal. That also means that it will serve us well in the development of other hinges. The calculation of the spring itself will give us a good assessment of whether the spring van be made at all and whether it will cause us any problems.
