Abstract:
V nalogi je predstavljen razvoj podstavka za zunanje enote toplotnih črpalk zrak-voda. Prikazan je celoten proces od osnovne ideje do končnega produkta pripravljenega za prodajo. Glavni cilj razvoja je bil ustvariti izdelek, ki je lahek, nosi težo naprave, učinkovito odvaja kondenzat, je enostaven za vgradnjo in estetsko privlačen. Poleg praktičnega prikaza vseh faz razvoja so predstavljene tudi teoretične osnove. Vključene so teme analize trga, iskanja idej, konstruiranja ter proizvodnje izdelka, kontrole kakovosti, oblikovanja pakiranja, priprave dokumentacije, avtorske zaščite in ekonomike izdelka. Do končnega cilja smo prišli z uporabo metod, kot so brainstorming, SWOT, FMEA ter izvedbo benchmarking analize in analize življenjskega cikla. Razvit izdelek ustreza zastavljenim ciljem in podanim tezam.

Title:
Development of base for heat pump outdoor unit (air to water)
Abstract:
The paper presents the development of base for heat pump outdoor unit (air to water). Shown is whole process from the basic idea to the final product ready for sale. The main goal of the development was to create a product that is lightweight, carries weight of the device, effectively drains condensate, is easy to install and has aesthetically appealing. In addition to a practical presentation of all stages of development, the theoretical foundations are also presented. Included are topics about market analysis, idea search, product design and production planning, quality control, packaging design, documentation preparation, copyright protection and product economics. We reached the final goal using methods such as brainstorming, SWOT, FMEA, performing benchmarking analysis and life cycle analysis. The developed product corresponds to the set goals and given theses.
