Abstract:V tem delu raziskujem možnost uporabe dodajalnih tehnologij za uporabo v vesoljski industriji. Najprej sem primerjal različne tehnologije, kjer sem izbral stereolitografijo. Na podlagi te tehnologije sem delo nadaljeval z izdelavo materialnega modela in konstruiranjem komponent za podsistem satelita Trisat R. Izbrano komponento sem nato podvrgel raznolikim testom, kjer sem ugotavljal če material teste prestane in kateri so relevantni. Ugotovil sem da je izbran material Rigid primeren za misijo v vesolje in da bi lahko postopek testiranja skrajšali za naslednje misije.

Title:Validation of design and additive manufacturing process for production of load-bearing satelite parts
Abstract:In this work I am researching possibilities of using Additive manufacturing technologies for use in Space Industry. In the start I compared different Additive Manufacturing techniques. Stereolithography was chosen to be the most appropriate. I made a material model and CAD models of a subsystem for Trisat R satellite. The selected component was thoroughly tested. It was noted if the part passed the test and how relevant were the conducted tests. I found out, that the chosen material Rigid is appropriate for use in Space and that the testing procedure could be shortened for future missions.
