Title:Normiranje časa izdelave požarno odpornih streh bivalnih enot ter doseganje norm zaposlenih v podjetju Arcont d.d.

Abstract:V projektni nalogi je teoretično in praktično predstavljeno normiranje s postopkom snemanja časa izdelave na primeru obstoječe in nove izvedbe delovnega procesa požarno odpornih streh bivalnih enot v podjetju Arcont d.d. Sledi prikaz kalkulacije stroškovne cene elementov z metodo analize cene ter primerjava stroškovne cene elementov izdelanih po obstoječem in novem delovnem procesu izvedbe strehe. Z analizo cene so prikazani neposredni stroški, z analizo časa pa časi izdelave na obstoječi kot tudi na novi izvedbi strehe po novem delovnem procesu. Ugotovili smo, da so se zmanjšali neposredni stroški in časi izdelave z zamenjavo materialov za izvedbo požarno odporne strehe bivalnih enot. V nalogi je na primeru podjetja Arcont d.d. predstavljeno nagrajevanje delovne uspešnosti zaposlenih, ki se ugotavlja na podlagi doseganja norm. Nagrada za delovno uspešnost predstavlja večjo motivacijo za delo in razvoj timskega duha med zaposlenimi. Za podjetje doseganje norm predstavlja doseganje boljših poslovnih rezultatov.

Title:Standardization of the time of manufacture of fire-resistant roofs of residential units and achievement of standards of employees in Arcont d.d.
Abstract:The project task theoretically and practically presents the standardization with the process of recording the production time in the case of the existing and new implementation of the work process of fire-resistant roofs of residential units in the company Arcont d.d. The following is a calculation of the cost price of elements with the method of unit price analysis and a comparison of the cost price of elements production according to the existing and new work process of roof construction. The price analysis shows the direct costs, and the time analysis shows the production times on both the existing version and the new roof version with a new work process. We found that direct costs and producting times were reduced by replacing materials. In the case of Arcont d.d. rewarding the work performance of employees is also presented, which is determined on the basis of achieving norms. The award for work performance represents a greater motivation for work and the development of team spirit among employees. For a company, achieving norms means achieving better business results.
