Abstract:V tem diplomskem delu bom opisoval konstruiranje prijemala vse od prvih skic do končne realne konstrukcije ter njegovo uporabo. Namen prijemala je vpeti stopalko motorja tako, da bodo večino obremenitve prenesla rebra stopalke. To velja tako za natezno kot tudi torzijsko obremenitev. Vse CAD – modele in delavniške risbe so bile izdelane v programskem paketu Solidworks in nato pregledane s strani podjetja Unior d. d. Po doseganju vseh kriterijev se je prijemalo izdelalo in nato uporabilo za testiranje stopalk. Če bi stopalke test uspešno opravile, bi se začele izdelovati serijsko.

Title:Cad modeling and construction of a gripper for torsion and tensile load of pedals and analysis of the final results
Abstract:In this bachelor’s thesis, I will describe the process of the construction of a gripper from the first hand drawing to the final real-life model and his use. The main goal of the gripper is to hold the motorbike paddle in a way that most of the load is withstand by the rubber ribs. That rule is applied to both tensile load and torsion. All CAD models and technical drawings were made in the computer program Solidworks and later examined by the staff of the company Unior d. d. After all the criteria had been achieved, the gripper was manufactured and used to test the pedals. If the results are as expected or even better the pedals will be set for mass production.
