Title:Robotizacija operacije obrezovanja na kovaški liniji : diplomsko delo

Abstract:V podjetju Unior d.d. so se odločili za robotizacijo delovnega mesta na katerem se obrezujejo odkovki. Diplomsko delo spremlja projekt robotizacije in predstavi stanja na kovaški liniji pred in po robotizaciji. Določena je sprememba lastne cene proizvoda (ojnice), ki se trenutno izdeluje na liniji. Ta se je zmanjšala predvsem zaradi zmanjšanja stroškov plač, saj bo v bodoče na liniji en delavec manj. Nadomestila sta ga namreč dva robota. Poleg investicije v robote, pa je bilo potrebno investirati še v nekaj opreme, zamenjati transportne stroje in preurediti delovni prostor. Določena je doba povrnitve investicije, da dobimo vpogled v njeno smiselnost. Poleg ekonomske upravičenosti so naštete tudi druge prednosti in slabosti, ki jih dobimo z robotizacijo. Na koncu diplomskega dela so predstavljeni sistemi MES, ki so že stvar sedanjosti, vedno več pa se bodo uporabljali v podjetjih v prihodnosti. Naštete so njihove odlike, na koncu pa je opisano, kakšne prednosti lahko prinesejo takšni sistemi z implementacijo v podjetje.

Title:Forging line cutting process robotization
Abstract:In Unior d.d. company, they decided to robotize the workspace where forgings are trimmed. The diploma thesis accompanies the robotization project and presents the situation on the forging line before and after robotization. A change in the cost price of the product (connecting rod), currently being manufactured on the line, is determined. This has decreased mainly due to lower wage costs, as there will be one less worker on the line in the future. It was replaced by two robots. In addition to the investment in robots, it was necessary to invest in some equipment, replace transport machines and rearrange the work space. The payback period of investment is set, to gain insight into its meaningfulness. In addition to economic justification, other advantages and disadvantages of robotization are mentioned. At the end of the diploma, MES systems, which are already a thing of the present and will be increasingly used in companies in the future, are presented. Their qualities are listed and at the end it is described, what advantages such systems can bring with the implementation in the company.
